How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-4 days depending on your location. Packages are shipped from Dallas, TX 1-2 days from the time they are ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We ship via USPS.


My shoes don’t fit, what do I do?

We understand that ordering shoes online can be challenging because you can’t try on the shoe to ensure the perfect fit. This is why we offer exchanges. If your shoe doesn’t fit reach out to us via email. We will do our best to get you the right shoe size as soon as possible.


My shoes arrived damaged, what do I do?

We package and ship every order with the highest quality assurance in mind. It is never our intent to send out a damaged product, but we understand that things get damaged during shipment. If you receive your order and it is damaged please email us as soon as possible at contact@dakotascloset.com. Send pictures of the damage and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we do not ship outside the United States. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.


I have wide feet, will your shoes fit me?

Here at Dakota’s Closet we aim to offer shoes in every size. Our sizes vary depending on the style of shoe. Some of our sandals are narrow. If you have a wider foot it is best to order a bigger size to accommodate your width appropriately. For example, if you wear a size 8, when ordering sandals it is best to order a size 9.


Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We will do our best to meet your satisfaction with an exchange.
